About Spring Valley HOA
Welcome to the official website of the Spring Valley Homeowners Association (HOA), serving the vibrant community of Spring Valley in Clermont, Florida. Our mission is to foster a welcoming environment, maintain the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood, and enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Established between 2002 and 2005, Spring Valley is a well-established community featuring 453 single-family homes. Our neighborhood offers six distinct floor plans, with most homes comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ranging from 1,104 to 1,627 square feet. The community is known for its reasonably priced, midsize homes, making it an attractive option for families and individuals alike.
